The Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra is proud to partner with our public libraries to offer Check Out the Symphony, a program that provides complimentary tickets to a Masterworks concert during the 2026–2027 season.

Ticket Eligibility

Each eligible household may receive up to two complimentary adult & two student tickets for one Masterworks Concert in our 2026-2027 season.

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Tickets have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred for another performance, or redeemed for refunds.

How It Works

Library patrons with a valid library card from an area library can present their card at the FMSO box office:

Our staff will assist you in selecting your preferred performance and issue your complimentary tickets, subject to availability.

2026–2027 Masterworks Concerts

Choose one of the following performances:

Masterworks 1: Barber & Hanson - September 26 or 27, 2026
Masterworks 2: Grieg & Sibelius - November 14 or 15, 2026
Masterworks 3: Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra - January 16 or 17, 2027
Masterworks 4: Bach & Mozart - March 13 or 14, 2027
Masterworks 5: Beethoven No. 9 - April 24 or 25, 2027

All Masterworks concerts are held at NDSU Festival Concert Hall Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. or Sundays at 2:00pm.
