Two composers. Eight seasons.

In this reimagined presentation of The Four Seasons, movements from Vivaldi and Piazzolla are woven together, alternating throughout the program. Rather than hearing each work straight through, audiences will experience a musical dialogue as a season by Vivaldi is followed by its counterpart from Piazzolla—moving back and forth between Baroque Italy and 20th‑century Buenos Aires.

Performed by the FMSO’s string section and featuring concertmaster Sonja Bosca‑Harasim as soloist, this all‑strings Masterworks concert offers something for everyone, pairing the familiarity of one of classical music’s most beloved works with a fresh, imaginative perspective that invites both longtime listeners and those discovering Masterworks for the first time.
