SYMPHONY AFTER DARK: music of the middle east
SATURDAY, oCT. 14
8:00 PM •  FARGO THEATRE

NEW CONCERT EVENT!
conducted by CHRISTOPHER ZIMMERMAN

Explore an out-of-concert-hall experience with Maestro Zimmerman, members of the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony, and unconventional guest artists who will take us on a compelling musical journey of Syria, Turkey, Poland and Russia.

We are excited to introduce our honored guests: Syrian-American composer, pianist and international peace activist MALEK JANDALI, Turkish-American composer and pianist ERBERK ERYILMAZ, and clarinetist ISMAIL LUMANOVSKI.

As Fargo-Moorhead has welcomed thousands of New Americans from the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa, we are learning more about the cultures of the world firsthand. Music can be a powerful way to bring people together and inspire understanding and appreciation.  The Fargo-Moorhead Symphony is thrilled to bring these world-class musicians to our city, and to share their music with Fargo-Moorhead audiences.

SPECIAL GUEST ARTISTS
